Hotel is at good location and clean. The manager is so polite and very helpful .Thanks to him you have feel you are like at home.Thank you so much my brother for your hospitality And in sha Allah next time im in Medina im coming at your hotel.

The recepcion guy was not polite during our check in.

Good location bad service

Location was good

No room service at all, wifi on in hotel lobby and they charge us for breakfast but there was not good breakfast only boiled eggs tea ect very disappointed.

Poor staff, poor service. Please dont stay.

We stay there for 3 nights and two days. Pathetic staff. Pathetic service. During our stay we have been provided with water once. No one came for room service even once. Poor and dirty bedsheets. Even at the time of checkout one of the staff member at the counter became a taxi driver and drop us at Madina airport. Before leaving hotel they said we are facilitating u for airport and they charged us 70 riyal for no means. Please put this hotel out of your list as so far this is the only cheap hotel we have faced on booking.com

Overall a value for money hotel.

Location was good. Free underground parking, if available. Rooms were spacious. The staff was good, except the language issue.

Room abd lobby carpet was not clean...Parking was limited, so first come first serve basis. No english speaking staff.

Not a good experience!

Nothing at all.

The Saudi guy at the reception was not at all friendly. He was talking to me as if he is giving out the rooms to me free of cost. I requested them to give me both of my rooms together the denied and made an excuse that there are no rooms free where as on my floor (4th floor) many rooms were vacant and empty. When this hotel was under CROM MANAGEMENT it was brilliant, the new management is very mismanaged and unfriendly. No customer care or satisfaction at all!!!

Location is good for young & bad for old women. Cleanliness disgusting.Bathroom Photos misleading.

(+) The staff is cooperative. Location for the young ones is ideal. Price is competitive.

(-) Not suitable for Old People. Specially those who wish to stay with old women. Very far from ladies prayer area. Cleanliness is going down day by day , the carpet was disgusting very very dirty. The photos of bathroom showing counter top washbasin is misleading . There is not even a single room with counter top washbasin. Kindly remove it. The hotel is going down, It was good when i stayed last time.

If you are only looking for shelter then stay here!

Room Size: Spacious rooms but old bathroom

Reception: Poor Service. Long waiting time and one person available Room Facility: We could not find the coffee and tea bags and for water we had to collect it from the water dispenser from the alley Room Service : We asked for towels and we were told to return the used towels Breakfast: There was hardly 2-3 items on the table with a few cheese, jam and butter. This is not a breakfast menu at all.

The property is excellent , excellent location , shop , mataam right next to it. Masjid-e-Nabawi very near, a value for money, staff is super friendly , offered me undergroung free parking of their own which alone is enough for full score of review.

Good hotel, restaurant needs better service.

Good staff . Clean hotel, very comfortable bed .

Breakfast start time was 7am which is very later after Fajr prayer. Breakfast time should be changed according to time of Fajr. We had to stay awake after Fajr for a long time for the breakfast. The menu didn't have many items.

In a double bed room they added 2 more beds to make it a quadruple room so there was no space to move around. There is no canteen in the hotel

Nice location and near to Haram. Room was clean and sevice was good. Car parking the reception help out to finid near by place very thankful to that . stay at Medina was too confort .
